Good to know

Is the first month really free?

Yes. Nothing is charged at sign-up. Your plan starts after your free month unless you cancel before it ends.

Why do you need a card?

So your listing keeps showing without a gap when your free month ends. It also keeps fake sign-ups out. 1 free month per business and service in each city.

Can I cancel?

Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime from your account. Yearly plans are paid up front and aren’t refunded if cancelled before the year ends.

What is the founding price?

The first 40 sign-ups in each city (and each service) pay the founding price instead of the regular price, locked for 2 years while you stay subscribed. If you cancel, your founding spot goes and rejoining is at the regular price.

Do I need to resize my photos?

No. Upload them at any size; we shrink and optimize them for fast loading and remove location data.

I work in more than one city, or I also film. Do I need another account?

No. One account and one profile. Add each city, or videography, from My Account › My City Listings.
